So, show us what you are made of, because who you are is what we need. *So, show us what you are made of, because who you are is what we need.* Responsibilities: * Manage corrective, preventive maintenance programs and machine overhauls by applying departmental procedures and controlling deadlines and quality to ensure operational efficiency, employee safety and equipment reliability. * Implement new technologies and various management systems, such as (TPM, for example), integrating procedures and training according to established standards and regulations to elevate the level of excellence, sustainability and safety in maintenance. * Monitor maintenance and equipment performance indicators using graphs, tables and incident data analysis to identify failures, optimize resources and prevent recurrence of issues. * Manage third-party companies and internal teams by applying HR policies, conducting full resource management, and approving training and role changes to ensure compliance, capability development and alignment with departmental objectives. * Promote Continuous Improvement through KAIZEN groups and cost reduction projects, suggesting solutions, executing ideas and presenting results to foster innovation, efficiency and competitiveness in maintenance. * Participate in interdepartmental meetings to discuss maintenance-related topics and process improvements, aligning strategies and promoting synergy among departments. * Ensure Equipment Quality and Safety by supervising equipment inspections and technical adjustments, verifying physical parameters such as pressure and temperature to maintain operational balance and prevent failures, as well as managing all corporate Maintenance KPIs, thus ensuring maximum efficiency of financial resources, equipment and labor. * Technically ensure plant operations through appropriate selection of technology to be implemented in collaboration with other departments, monitor provided services and anticipate future critical points in equipment operation, developing and implementing new technologies and a continuous improvement process. * Address problem resolution by identifying and recording quality, safety and process issues, involving internal customers and using appropriate channels for resolution to ensure operational continuity and compliance with company standards, using data collected from maintenance incidents to eliminate root causes and prevent recurrence.
