**Description:** This position is strategic to ensure efficient budget control, optimization of financial processes, and support for business decisions based on Business Intelligence (BI) and performance indicators. Main Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Financial Management: plan, execute, and control the annual budget, with periodic reviews and variance analyses. 2. Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Analysis: structure and maintain automated dashboards and reports in BI (e.g.: Power BI), including financial, operational, and legal area performance indicators. Use BI tools to cross-accounting, tax, and legal productivity data. Conduct predictive analyses and provide financial insights oriented toward strategic decision-making. 3. Payment, Receivables, and Tax Management: supervise accounts payable and receivable operations, with strict control over deadlines, contracts, and delinquency. Coordinate compliance with tax obligations, including withholdings, issuance of payment slips, monitoring of installments, and tax verification. Ensure correct accounting classification and cost center assignment. Assist in structuring and updating cash flow forecasts. Provide support to accounting and assist in audit procedures when requested. Manage expense reimbursement processes and control financial advances. Classify, digitize, and maintain financial document archives. 4. Payroll and Labor Obligations: monitor and validate payroll calculations, social charges, vacations, severance, and benefits in coordination with the HR department or third parties. Act as liaison between outsourced accounting (if applicable) and the office regarding labor and social security matters. 5. Governance and Processes: standardize and document financial and compliance processes aligned with internal office policies.
