




Description: * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress; * Proficiency in Office suite; Assist the Talent Management team with training, development, planning, and organizational demands. * Issue and manage certificates by organizing the process of issuing training completion certificates, ensuring information accuracy and adherence to established deadlines. * Organize and optimize the collection of signatures and necessary document circulation (physical and digital) for formalizing trainings. * Ensure secure, organized, and easily retrievable archiving (physical and digital) of all documents and certificates, in compliance with internal policies. * Implement and monitor a proactive system to drastically reduce pending tasks related to certificate control, ensuring robust compliance. * Administer the distribution and perform follow-up on Training Effectiveness Assessments, guaranteeing high response rates within stipulated deadlines. * Develop and apply effective strategies for continuously reducing pending assessment tasks, aiming for timely collection of crucial data to measure program impact. * Register and maintain new courses, teaching materials, learning paths, and related information. * Create, schedule, and manage training classes on the platform, controlling attendance lists and enrollments. * Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data entered into the LMS, facilitating the generation of reliable reports for the Training department. 2510260202221833948
