Responsibilities and Duties:* Perform deboning of meat cuts according to standards; * Keep the work area organized and clean; * Guide Operations Assistants on all operational procedures of the department; * Comply with safety regulations and supervise the team regarding proper use of PPEs; * Instruct department associates on correct packaging usage and standard labeling methods for processed products; * Ensure compliance with meat counter layout specifications; * Serve customers.
