




Job Summary: The Quality Assistant supports the development and revision of procedures, ensuring the smooth operation of the quality department with a focus on continuous improvement. The Quality Assistant is the professional responsible for developing and revising procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the quality department. We operate with ethics, transparency, and quality, prioritizing a collaborative work environment and delivering excellent service to our customers. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the implementation and maintenance of processes in accordance with internal quality standards; * Assist in organizing and updating departmental documents, records, and internal controls; * Support internal audit activities and monitoring of quality indicators; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes by identifying opportunities and reporting non-conformities; * Collaborate with the team in preparing and monitoring internal training and quality-related certifications; * Support communication of standards, procedures, and best practices to other employees; * Participate in collecting and consolidating departmental indicators and reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Interest in learning and supporting quality and continuous improvement routines; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility regarding deadlines; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a collaborative attitude; * Proficiency in basic computer tools (Microsoft Office). **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):** * Prior experience in quality processes, audits, or related administrative routines; * Experience with performance indicators or quality reports; * Knowledge of ISO standards or internal certifications.
