**Job Description:** Summary Description The professional will be responsible for researching, analyzing, creating plans, and assessing the feasibility of developing new businesses and implementing innovative solutions at the Mater Dei Health Network. They must lead projects using agile methodology and support the implementation of an innovation culture within the Company. Responsibilities and Duties 1. Strategy and Financial Analysis Assess the financial viability of new projects, services, and products. Develop business plans, process flow designs, and analyses of new services and products. Perform financial evaluations of projects, including financial modeling and preparation of executive presentations for internal clients and other departments. Generate financial studies to support strategic decision-making. Support the Company’s Strategic Planning by aligning new businesses with short- and long-term projections. 2. Innovation Management and Partnerships (CVC and Deals) Identify and research innovation and Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) opportunities to diversify Mater Dei’s activities. Support the entire deal-structuring process with partners—from signing the NDA through due diligence stages to contract execution. Manage the Company’s innovation ecosystem with partners and optimize relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Plan, evaluate, and monitor the innovative ideas program. 3. Project Management and Agility Lead projects using agile methodologies (SQUAD, SCRUM). Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs for ongoing projects. Resolve project impediments and conflicts, ensuring timely delivery of solutions. Demonstrate strong analytical and creative capabilities to develop effective solutions. 4. Operational Routines and Compliance Ensure high-quality service delivery to internal and external clients, safeguarding the institutional image. Be accountable for the quality and reliability of generated information, maintaining confidentiality regarding matters pertaining to the Network. Ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment within the area of responsibility. Comply with procedures, policies, standards, the Integrity Code, and legislation applicable to the position. Support the implementation of improvements aimed at increasing productivity and reducing costs. **Requirements:** **Education and Required Knowledge:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Health Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. **Experience:** 2 years of experience performing duties associated with this role. **Languages:** Intermediate/Advanced English. **Computer Skills:** Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. **Methodology:** Knowledge of Agile Methodologies (SQUAD, SCRUM). **Desirable (Preferred Qualifications):** Postgraduate degree/MBA in Finance, Business, or Innovation. Specialization in Project Management. SCRUM certification. 3 years of experience performing duties associated with this role.
