Facilities Analyst

"This position is also eligible for people with disabilities or rehabilitated individuals." **Responsibilities and duties:** * Implement and monitor projects, procedures, and workflows in the Facilities area; * Perform relevant Lojinha activities (sales, requests, audits, closings); * Request, implement, and monitor new improvements to the Facilities access control system; * Monitor organization of common areas in internal and external factory locations, implement improvements in the reception area, provide support for all Facilities demands; * Support implementation of emergency protocols to meet EGI requirements, actions related to new certifications; * Monitor administrative and factory cleaning (bathrooms and sanitary barriers), controls, improvements in common areas: Bathrooms, changing rooms and sanitary barriers, social areas and external areas; * Handle demands related to social actions (donations and sponsorships); * Address requests and bureaucratic routines within the department; * Monitor asset security activities, front desks, CCTV monitoring, reception duties, and light fleet operations; * Conduct Facilities-related onboarding for new employees; * Develop, update, and present departmental indicators; * Develop scopes, analyze, and monitor budgets and contracts in the Facilities area; * Request identification signage for external factory and administrative areas; * Deliver training sessions relevant to the area; * Open and track service requests and work orders. "This position is also eligible for people with disabilities or rehabilitated individuals." **Requirements and qualifications:** * Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields; * Proficiency in Office Suite; * Knowledge of ERP systems (TOTVS is a plus); * Previous experience in the role; * Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM.
