"This position is also eligible for people with disabilities or rehabilitated individuals" **Responsibilities and duties** * Coordinate the logistics team in inventory management, shipping, and transportation; * Coordinate the logistics team, ensuring internal and external customers receive updates on the status of logistical processes under the department's responsibility; * Coordinate Logistics for the Unit and regional Distribution Centers (DCs), guiding and developing teams under their management (Operations and Processes) according to business needs; * Coordinate logistics teams (Operations and Processes), striving to meet the company's established quality and safety standards; * Coordinate the team in conducting studies to optimize the logistics chain of the unit and DCs; * Coordinate and validate the implementation of improvements from the receiving process through to final customer delivery; * Coordinate and support the team in implementing new technology and equipment projects; * Coordinate the team in managing inventory levels and distribution to align with business needs; * Coordinate the team to ensure proper storage conditions, GMP, FIFO, and inventory accuracy; * Monitor and validate the efficiency of transportation and distribution operations to ensure deliveries are made, guaranteeing expected OTIF levels and other Logistics KPIs; * Coordinate the team aiming for proper inventory control, contributing to reducing rates of expired products and stockouts; * Coordinate logistics teams in alignment with Adimax's corporate strategy. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is desirable; * Experience in negotiation with internal and external clients; * Ability to analyze and prepare performance reports and indicators; * Knowledge and application of management tools (action plans, checklists, various controls); * People and process management; * Project management; * Proficiency in Office Suite, Excel, and Outlook; * Previous experience in the role. **Additional information** Check out our benefits below: National Unimed Medical Plan (ward or private room); AMIL Dental Plan (basic, intermediate, and executive); Meal Voucher or Restaurant Voucher; Food Voucher; Study Grant (according to policy and eligibility); Discounts with educational institutions; Pharmacy Network; Life Insurance; Christmas Basket; Pregnant Support Program; Pet Day; Gifts on special occasions; Wellhub/Gympass; Wellz (Mental Health Benefit).
