Here, everyone is welcome! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform electromechanical maintenance activities on machines and equipment, as required by operational needs, covering mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, ensuring proper operation and reliability; * Monitor electromechanical maintenance demands within assigned areas, ensuring correct execution of tasks and full equipment functionality; * Conduct failure analysis to identify root causes and potential deviations, proposing actions aimed at improving available machines and equipment; * Support scheduling of preventive, corrective, predictive, and machine shutdown maintenance; * Develop procedures and workflows to standardize maintenance processes; * Carry out activities in accordance with defined technical standards and regulations; * Prepare technical reports on incidents involving machines and equipment; * Implement improvement projects within the scope of responsibility; * Monitor area performance indicators (MTTR, MTBF, OEE, etc.); * Provide technical support within the area of expertise, assisting and clarifying doubts for operators in production areas; * Pursue continuous improvement and ensure quality of processes inherent to the role; * Stay updated on industry trends, as well as new tools and technological resources available in the market; * Perform other related professional duties inherent to the position, as directed by management; * Develop improvements to machines and equipment aiming at cost reduction and decreased failure rates; * Prepare technical scopes according to service provider hiring requirements; * Supervise service provider companies’ activities at the factory, guiding them on internal norms and procedures to ensure alignment with Adimax’s requirements; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Course in Electromechanics, Electrotechnics, or Industrial Electrician; * Experience working in production lines; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and drawings; * Shift: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday; Saturday 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM **Additional Information** Check out our benefits below: National Unimed Health Plan (Ward or Private Room); Amil Dental Plan (Basic, Intermediate, and Executive); Meal Voucher or Company Restaurant; Food Voucher; Scholarship Program (subject to policy and eligibility); Discounts with educational institutions; Pharmacy Benefit; Life Insurance; Christmas Basket; Pregnancy Support Program; Pet Day; Commemorative Gifts; Wellhub/Gympass; Wellz (Mental Health Benefit); Profit-Sharing Program.
