Perform building conservation, cleaning, and minor repair activities, ensuring the good condition of facilities and providing a safe and functional environment for all users. \- Carry out minor plumbing, carpentry, and masonry repairs; \- Perform basic preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities; \- Conduct building painting services; \- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and conservation of internal and external common areas; \- Monitor usage and conservation of maintenance materials and tools; \- Monitor operation of building systems, such as lighting and gates, and report irregularities; \- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and provide support for general services; \- Follow safety regulations and use appropriate PPE; \- Conduct inspections to identify maintenance and conservation needs. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, painting, and general maintenance; * Ability to perform minor repairs. * Prior experience in building maintenance or custodial work is a plus; * Responsibility and attention to safety regulations **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PCD:** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Internal products with discounts Wellhub (Gympass) Transportation Allowance On-site Cafeteria Attendance Bonus Dental Plan **Work Location:** ---------------------- Rio Bonito/RJ **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Flexibility to work flexible hours
