The incumbent will be responsible for auditing, redesigning, and executing HR and Payroll routines, ensuring labor compliance (compliance) and operational efficiency to support business growth and professionalization across multi-store operations and distribution centers. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Audit and Compliance (Payroll):** Audit and restructure admission, termination, timekeeping, vacation, and benefits processes. * **Operational Efficiency:** Manage payroll processing routines interfacing with ERP systems. * **Recruitment and Selection:** Supervise end-to-end recruitment and selection for operational and tactical positions (stores and factory). * **Business Partnering and Governance:** Serve as the technical focal point for leadership, mediate conflicts, support shift scheduling, and ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations (NRs). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Accounting, People Management, or HR Management. * Excel/Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * Proactive, communicative profile with strong attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with or familiarity with Solides and Citel systems. * In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and payroll routines. * Experience in Recruitment and Selection. * Demonstrated training and development skills. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Strategic People Management or related fields. * Direct experience in process restructuring. * Experience in process implementation. * Technical expertise in Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) applicable to the commerce sector in the Lakes Region.
