Work environment that values organization and attention to detail **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform **plumbing** services (e.g., faucet replacement, valve repairs, minor leaks, water tank adjustments, etc.) **REQUIREMENTS** * Knowledge of **basic plumbing and electrical systems** * Experience with **painting** * Understanding of **preventive maintenance** * Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail * Ability to handle **small construction projects and repairs** * Proactivity and strong communication skills * Perform **basic electrical** services (e.g., outlet and switch replacement, bulb changes, minor repairs) * Conduct **painting and touch-up work** in internal and external areas * Support **small structural construction projects and repairs** * Carry out **preventive maintenance** on equipment and common areas * Maintain **organization and cleanliness** of work areas and materials * Respond promptly and efficiently to internal maintenance requests water leak; * water tank cleaning; * replacement of sanitary ware and fixtures; * maintenance of a building’s plumbing system; * application of waterproofing agents; * installation of gas systems; * development of fire suppression systems.
