Your daily responsibilities will include: * Supporting the recruitment process—from resume screening through interviews and candidate selection; * Assisting with onboarding and offboarding routines, ensuring document organization, checklists, and communications; * Executing and supporting administrative tasks within the HR department; * Updating and organizing spreadsheets, controls, and internal systems; * Supporting culture, engagement, and internal event initiatives; * Supporting the training and people development area; * Using digital tools and artificial intelligence to optimize tasks, routines, and HR operational processes. What technical knowledge are we looking for? * Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields; * Experience with HR routines; * Proficiency with digital tools and genuine curiosity about leveraging AI to boost productivity; * Strong communication skills and eagerness to continuously learn; * Agile mindset, proactivity, organization, and willingness to learn.
