Sanitize, cut, and organize ingredients according to house standards. Support order assembly and dish finishing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment. Restock production areas with necessary supplies. Assist in monitoring food expiration dates and proper storage. Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient customer service. Adhere to hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and good food handling practices. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Aide, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
