Job Summary: Coordinate, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and stakeholder satisfaction through planning and monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and coordinate activities of the Quality Management System (QMS). 2. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and applicable certifications. 3. Promote operational excellence and stakeholder satisfaction. **Job Mission** Ensure the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization's Quality Management System, guaranteeing compliance with standards, regulations, and customer requirements, while promoting operational excellence and stakeholder satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and monitor activities related to the Quality Management System (QMS). * Ensure compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001\) and other applicable certifications. * Coordinate internal and external audits, tracking action plans. * Develop and review quality policies, procedures, and work instructions. * Conduct training and raise quality awareness across all organizational levels. * Monitor quality performance indicators and propose improvements. * Lead the quality team, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. * Serve as the liaison between operational departments, customers, and suppliers on quality-related matters. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management or related fields. * Prior experience in team coordination and quality management system administration. * Knowledge of quality tools (PDCA, MASP, 5S, FMEA, etc.). * Proficiency in quality indicators and continuous improvement methodologies. **Behavioral Competencies** * Leadership and ability to engage others. * Clear and assertive communication. * Systemic thinking and results orientation. * Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
