Job Summary: Technical-commercial professional responsible for prospecting, customer engagement, and closing industrial mechanical maintenance contracts, acting as the liaison between customers and technical solutions. Customer relationship maintenance Requirements: * Proven experience in industrial maintenance technical service sales and mechanical assembly; * Mechanical technical knowledge of offered industrial maintenance services, enabling confident and strategic dialogue with customers; * Driver's license category B and availability for external customer visits; * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., ClickUp, TOTVS, Advanced Excel, etc.) **KPI Indicators:** * Number of proposals issued vs. closed; * Total monthly sales value; * Customer retention and satisfaction; * Average deal closure time; * Achievement of commercial targets. **Behavioral Requirements:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Focus on results and goals; * Proactivity and resilience; * Technical negotiation and argumentation ability; * Time management and organizational skills; * Team spirit and professional ethics; * Post-sale support and customer relationship maintenance. **About the Role:** A technical-commercial professional responsible for identifying service sales opportunities, conducting active prospecting, engaging customers, and closing industrial mechanical maintenance contracts.
