Job Summary: We are looking for a Mid-level/Senior Designer to join our Growth Marketing team, responsible for developing creatives, editing videos, and creating visual assets for digital campaigns at a fast pace. Key Highlights: 1. Development of highly complex creatives for digital campaigns. 2. Working across multiple projects and supporting junior designers. 3. We currently have an opening for a Mid-level/Senior Designer to join our Growth Marketing team. What will be your mission? Developing high-complexity creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, and landing pages. Editing short and long videos while ensuring technical consistency. Creating and reviewing visual assets aligned with the brand. Working on multiple projects simultaneously. Providing occasional support to more junior designers (answering questions, technical reviews). Requirements: Experience in performance marketing and digital campaigns. Proficiency in Elementor, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Solid understanding of design fundamentals, organization, deadline management, and effective communication.
