Job Summary: We are seeking a Design Lead for our Growth Marketing team, responsible for ensuring visual quality, mentoring designers, and orchestrating the delivery pipeline within a dynamic, high-growth environment. We currently have an opening for a Design Lead to join our Growth Marketing team. What will be your mission? Ensure adherence to processes and deliverables (hierarchy, typography, contrast, reading flow). Mentor designers on technical tools (Figma/Adobe/Illustrator). Orchestrate the pipeline (briefings, priorities, SLAs, handoffs) and reduce rework. Document standards (guides, libraries, QA checklists). Measure and communicate results (creatives’ productivity and performance). Requirements: 5 years of experience as a Designer in real production workflows. Proficiency in Figma and Photoshop/Illustrator. Experience collaborating in feedback-driven cycles. Hands-on experience across multiple digital channels (social media, email, landing pages).
