Experience with civil construction and maintenance materials **Job Description:** ---------------------- Review purchase orders; Perform administrative tasks such as email control, invoice management, and others; Verify purchase order approvals by managers of respective departments; Check material requirements from requesting departments (warehouse, maintenance, office); Conduct price quotations with suppliers; Issue purchase orders in the system; Identify alternative supply options to reduce costs; Handle supplier communications (telephone or in-person), according to assigned material portfolio; Maintain purchase orders in the system (elimination of residuals). **Desired Qualifications:** -------------------------- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; Knowledge of invoices.
