Below is a description of the responsibilities: + Conduct speech-language pathology assessments and develop individualized treatment plans targeting infants and juveniles with neurological disorders. + Familiarity with applying standardized assessment scales. + Prepare detailed progress notes regarding therapeutic objectives outlined in the treatment plan — based on initial assessments — as well as progress achieved following implementation of treatment. + Maintain up-to-date medical records and reports, and promptly report any complications that may affect service delivery and/or the beneficiaries’ well-being and safety. + Provide support and guidance to family members/guardians regarding patient progress and the family’s role in the rehabilitation process. + Collaborate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. + Perform other related tasks consistent with those described above, according to workflow and under coordination guidance.
