




* ### **Job Description** Main Responsibilities Coordinate financial routines, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and bank reconciliations. Manage the company's annual budget, controlling costs and ensuring achievement of financial targets. Supervise administrative areas (facilities, procurement, contracts, and general services). Monitor and present management reports and economic and financial indicators. Implement and monitor internal policies and controls to ensure compliance and operational security. Participate in strategic decisions related to investments, tax planning, and expansion. Interact with financial institutions, suppliers, and public agencies. Support management in defining growth and profitability strategies. Lead and develop the administrative and financial team, promoting efficient and integrated management with other departments of the garment manufacturing unit (production, sales, design, and logistics). Requirements Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership, or Business Management is desirable. Proven experience in financial and administrative management, preferably in the textile/apparel industry. Solid knowledge in cash flow, budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control. Proficiency in financial management tools and advanced spreadsheets.
