Ensure execution in accordance with company-established standards. \* * Receive patients at the clinic in person and by phone, delivering prompt and efficient service; \* * Clarify inquiries regarding services, pricing, and hours, ensuring a positive experience; \* * Proactively and responsively engage with leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals; \* * Maintain updated patient records and monitor the lead conversion funnel—from initial contact through appointment booking—to ensure patient retention; \* * Ensure achievement of established targets; \* * Monitor and record reasons for non-conversion, where applicable, to inform strategic adjustments; \* * Manage appointment and follow-up schedules, optimizing time slots to avoid conflicts and reduce cancellations; \* * Confirm appointments in advance and track no-shows, rescheduling as needed; \* * Record and update patient data in the clinic’s system; \* * Generate reports related to patient visits, lead conversions, and patient satisfaction; \* * Assist in organizing documents and files related to patient care; \* * Support clinic promotional campaigns by contacting leads acquired via social media, advertisements, or events; \* * Emphasize the clinic’s service differentiators during interactions.
