Maintenance of office security and organization * ### **Job Description** We are looking for a receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative tasks that support our company’s organization. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact: greeting and receiving visitors and clients, coordinating reception activities—including mail distribution and telephone call redirection. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: + Greet and receive visitors, directing\-them to the appropriate department; + Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; + Update birthday calendars; + Manage and distribute general promotional items/gifts; + Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all stationery and necessary supplies available; + Provide accurate basic information in person, by phone, or via the internet; + Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries (however, you are not authorized to sign for any correspondence without prior approval from the administrative department); + Maintain office security by following security procedures and controlling access through the reception desk. * ### **Area of Operation:** Other * ### **CBO Job Title:** Receptionist/Secretary * ### **Education Requirement:** Completed High School (Secondary Education) * ### **Salary Range** From R$ 1\.000,00 to R$ 2\.000,00 * ### **Additional Benefits** + Transportation allowance * ### **Contract Type** Indefinite-term (CLT) * ### **Work Format:** On-site * ### **Other Information** Must the candidate be available for travel?
