Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Receptionist to provide customer service, manage suites, handle cash operations, and manage inventory on rotating shifts. Key Highlights: 1. Managing suite cleaning, key distribution, and kitchen orders. Handling check-outs, billing, and cash register operations. Managing inventory and receiving goods. \*Requirements:\* Experience in customer service or reception (preferred). Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with management systems (a plus). Financial control and cash handling skills (preferred). Availability for rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night). Commitment to punctuality and high-quality service. \*We Offer:\* \*Base Salary:\* R$ 1\.763,23 (increasing to R$ 2\.000,00 after 3 months\) \+ 10% cash shortage allowance \*Meal Allowance (after three months):\* R$ 300,00 (R$ 12.00 per day) \*Fuel Allowance:\* 6x1 R$ 250,00 \| 12x36 R$ 150,00 OR Bike Allowance: R$100,00 \*Work Schedule:\* 6x1 (one day off per week and one Sunday off per month). \*Working Hours:\* 7 hours and 20 minutes per day; exact schedule to be agreed upon with the manager. * Loyalty and Bonus Program: Tenure-based loyalty bonus: 25% of salary in July during the first 2 years; 50% in the 3rd year; 100% starting from the 4th year.
