If this sounds like you, come join the Legion of Little Purples! **What you'll do:** * Execute and monitor admission, termination, vacation, benefits, payroll, and time tracking processes; * Ensure labor and social security obligations are always up to date (and without rework); * Support leaders and employees with questions about working hours, time tracking, and benefits; * Perform audits on eSocial, SEFIP, FGTS, CAGED, RAIS, etc.; * Help continuously improve our HR processes by proposing automations and best practices. **What we expect from you:** * Previous experience in Payroll or Human Resources Administration; * Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll routines; * Proficiency in Excel and ease using payroll systems; * Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented; **It will be a plus if you have:** * Experience with electronic time clock systems (Ponto Mais); * Background in technology companies / startups.
