About the Position **Required Education:** Completed Elementary School. **Requirements and Preferences:** Experience in customer service, especially at reception desks or entrances. **Your Daily Responsibilities:** Provide customer service and information; Identify, register, and direct customers to desired departments; Receive and verify correspondence materials; Handle telephone inquiries at the entrance; Verify document validity and control customer access to water parks and parking lots; Assist in monitoring premises via internal CCTV systems; Perform other related duties as assigned by the institution. Required Knowledge: Basic customer service skills; Basic security and surveillance knowledge. ⏰ Working Hours 44 hours per week.
