Team management and leadership skills * ### **Job Description** Job Description: Cutting Supervisor The Cutting Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all cutting department activities, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to company-established deadlines. Main Responsibilities: Analyze Cutting/Risk Orders (fabric, consumption, and methods). Supervise and guide the spreading, cutting, and labeling team. Monitor production execution and process timing. Ensure cutting quality and achievement of targets. Organize production flow and cutting sequence according to PCP. Control basic machine and equipment usage and maintenance. Support team management and department organization. Verify cutting orders and returns. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Desirable Requirements: Prior experience in cutting supervision (preferably in textile/apparel industry). Knowledge of spreading, marking, and cutting processes. Team management and leadership skills. Organization, proactivity, and results orientation.
