Job Opening: Production Supervisor Employment Type: CLT Salary Range: Approximately R$ 6\.000,00 (negotiable) Working Hours: Availability for shift work – morning shift from 5:00 AM to 2:18 PM About the Position: We are seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate production activities, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, and process safety. This professional will be responsible for leading teams, monitoring performance indicators, and guaranteeing achievement of production targets, always focusing on people development and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate production activities. * Ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production processes. * Monitor and analyze performance indicators. * Lead a team of approximately 50 employees, supported by two direct supervisors. * Serve as the liaison between the operational team and management. * Promote team development and a positive work environment. Mandatory Requirements: * Completed bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in production supervision and team management. * Knowledge of industrial processes: blow molding, injection molding, extrusion, rotational molding, packaging, and finished goods. * Experience with blow molding and injection molding machines (plastic industry). * Skills in people management, communication, and problem-solving. * Availability for shift work. Preferred Qualifications: * Occupational health and safety certification. * Familiarity with production management systems (ERP, MES). * Experience with continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing. * Knowledge of quality and environmental standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001\). * Analytical capability and data-driven decision-making.
