Collaborative team work We are seeking an Operations Assistant to join our team providing services to **MERCADO LIVRE** in **MORRO DA FUMAÇA** (with real opportunities for direct hiring by Mercado Livre). This is a dynamic position that demands commitment, agility, and strong teamwork skills. You will play a vital role in ensuring our shipping processes are efficient and all deadlines are met. **Your responsibilities include:** * Receiving, sorting, preparing, and dispatching orders at the distribution center; * Actively participating in the safety culture by attending meetings, trainings, and adhering to safety standards. * We highly value agility and adaptability; therefore, it is essential that you possess a proactive mindset and a positive attitude to tackle daily challenges. Additionally, this role requires standing for extended periods; thus, good physical stamina and readiness for a fast-paced environment are important.
