Job Summary: Develop and execute architectural, subdivision, and interior design projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards and legislation, as well as conducting feasibility analysis. Participation in meetings with clients and public agencies * ### **Job Description** MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: + Develop executive architectural projects; + Develop subdivision and condominium projects; + Ensure compliance with technical standards and local legislation; + Conduct technical and architectural feasibility analysis for developments; + Participate in meetings with clients, suppliers, and public agencies; + Develop and execute interior design projects for common areas of the construction company's developments; REQUIREMENTS: + Completed undergraduate degree in Architecture and Urbanism; + Active registration with CAU (Council of Architecture and Urbanism); + Knowledge of architectural works and projects; + Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office suite; + Knowledge of urban legislation, building codes, and accessibility standards.
