Description: Request quotations and obtain price estimates from suppliers. Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and commercial terms to optimize costs and ensure quality. Issue purchase orders in the system and track the process until delivery. Monitor delivery deadlines and ensure adherence to agreed terms. Evaluate and qualify suppliers, maintaining strategic relationships. Control inventory and support supply planning. Prepare purchasing performance reports and departmental KPIs. Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
