Job Summary: Responsible for healthcare procurement management, market analysis, and supplier negotiation to optimize costs and ensure regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on regulatory compliance and sustainability **Workload**: 220 hours **Working Hours**: 08:00–18:00 Monday to Thursday; 08:00–17:00 Friday **Work Mode**: On-site — Tubarão/SC **Main Responsibilities:** **Procurement Management – Healthcare Categories:** Manage procurement of medications and medical-hospital supplies, ensuring balance among cost, technical feasibility, and patient safety. **Market Analysis and Support for Strategic Sourcing:** Monitor the pharmaceutical and healthcare markets, track suppliers, price fluctuations, and potential supply risks, supporting identification of cost-saving opportunities and commercial improvements. **Procurement Portfolio Management:** Manage negotiated product baskets, monitor contract implementation, and ensure effectiveness of negotiations across units. **Supplier Negotiation:** Conduct supplier negotiations under strategic guidance to secure competitive commercial terms, appropriate payment terms, and support prospecting of new partners. **Contract Management:** Support drafting, control, and monitoring of supply contracts, ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs and performance indicators. **Cost Analysis:** Evaluate commercial proposals considering cost, logistics, storage, and operational impact, supported by total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses when required. **Compliance and Processes:** Operate in compliance with regulatory standards (ANVISA) and internal policies of Rede Santa Catarina, ensuring organized and auditable procurement processes. **Collaboration with Technical Departments:** Interact with clinical and technical departments, supporting the Standardization Forum and identifying alternatives that optimize costs without compromising care quality. **KPI Management:** Monitor procurement operational KPIs and support development of continuous improvement action plans. **ESG and Sustainability:** Support adoption of responsible practices across the supply chain, aligned with Rede Santa Catarina’s ESG criteria. **Required Qualifications/Knowledge:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields; Experience preparing tenders based on RFI, RFQ, and RFP; developing and analyzing TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and Strategic Sourcing initiatives; Experience procuring hospital equipment, hospital furniture, and clinical engineering services; experience analyzing and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements; Experience contracting services related to Facilities, IT, marketing, training, and consulting. **Preferred Qualifications/Knowledge:** Familiarity with healthcare operations and hands-on experience in hospital procurement routines; Intermediate-level Excel proficiency and full Microsoft Office suite competence; Experience with MVSOUL and TASY systems; Familiarity with and experience in direct import procedures.
