Below is a description of the responsibilities: \- Assist in managing compliance with regulations, policies, guidelines, and the Code of Conduct; periodically audit process compliance with internal and external regulations; and report deviations; \- Organize training and capacity-building sessions on Compliance and Integrity; \- Assist in monitoring Compliance and Integrity risks, identifying them and tracking implementation of action plans to mitigate/eliminate such risks; \- Assist in implementing the Integrity/Compliance Program; \- Identify and assess non-conformities in projects and processes to ensure compliance with applicable legislation and internal regulations, proposing solutions and establishing action plans; \- Contribute to preparing departmental reports, supporting decision-making; \- Identify improvement opportunities that help preserve and disseminate ethical values and culture; \- Develop plans to communicate institutional conduct rules to stakeholders; \- Contribute to drafting Standards, Policies, and Procedures for board review; \- Assist in activities related to the Whistleblower Channel (receiving, handling, and reporting), always ensuring discretion, confidentiality of information, and timely delivery; \- Develop strategies to promote Compliance and Integrity culture among all managers and employees; \- Perform other related tasks as required by workflow and under guidance from the area leader. Job Requirements: \- Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Law, Accounting, or related fields; \- Knowledge of administrative support tools; \- Specialization in Compliance and Internal Controls is desirable.
