Monitor alarms, images, and events generated by the systems. Record incidents and forward service requests according to established procedures. Provide customer support and dispatch teams when necessary. Previous experience as a Monitoring Analyst, Monitoring Technician, Control Operator, or Monitoring Supervisor may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma completed.
