We seek a Financial Analyst who operates with precision, analytical thinking, and strategic vision to strengthen our finance department and propel our next phases of expansion. **What will be your mission?** * Monitor and analyze the company’s operational costs, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce expenses. * Collect and analyze financial data, such as balance sheets, results resource planning, and cash flow statements. * Support the presentation of performance reports, account reconciliation, and feasibility analyses. * Help manage the company’s cash flow, ensuring that cash inflows and outflows remain balanced and aligned with expectations. * Assist in internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance with financial and tax regulations. * Use tools such as Excel, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software, and financial systems to conduct analyses and compile data. * Prepare financial reports to support managers and decision-makers. **Minimum Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Prior experience in accounts payable, cash flow management, and ERP systems. * Proficiency in Excel; **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance (R$750.00) * Health Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Gympass * Fruit Day * Birthday Day Off * Career Development Plan. **Don’t miss this opportunity!
