Job Summary: Customer service, sales, cash operations, inventory organization, merchandise display, and ensuring workplace cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Merchandise organization and display Provide information or sell financial products, inform customers about payment methods and benefits, perform cash withdrawals as requested by supervisors or when observing excessive cash on hand for security purposes. · Organize and display merchandise, conduct sales and achieve targets, respond to cashier requests regarding merchandise, ensure proper pricing of items in the sales area. · Open the cash register by verifying the initial cash amount, serve customers who purchased products and/or services, record transactions and collect corresponding payments. · Ensure inventory organization and cleanliness, receive delivery trucks, respond to and control warehousing and merchandise preparation processes for the sales floor, conduct inventory audits upon request by leadership and/or loss prevention department, support efforts to ensure rapid and efficient merchandise flow from warehouse to store. · Verify merchandise entry and exit in the fitting room, observing the established limit on the number of items, collect bags and hangers and return them to respective departments. · Maintain a clean and organized workplace to directly and positively influence work practices, ensuring higher quality in daily tasks. · Perform other related duties as directed by supervisors.
