Support to sales representatives in preparing proposals * ### **Job Description** Position: Junior Commercial Analyst Work Location: Criciúma (SC) – Linha Cabral Working Hours: Monday to Thursday \- 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM / Friday \- 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Responsibilities: + Track and verify orders, commercial terms, and tax data prior to billing; + Issue invoices and provide accounting department support in case of discrepancies; + Organize and coordinate pickups with freight carriers, scheduling as needed; + Monitor shipment tracking, returns, and exchanges; + Support sales representatives and distributors in preparing proposals and assembling orders; + Monitor commercial indicators (KPIs) and sales targets, updating daily and monthly reports; + Communicate\-with the commercial manager and other departments to align shipping and billing priorities. Requirements: + Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, Logistics, or related fields; + Prior knowledge of commercial routines and/or billing is desirable; + Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel); + Familiarity with ERP systems and internal communication across departments; + Analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and problem\-solving focus; + Personal vehicle for commuting to the office.
