Learn more about us at: www.clubecandeias.com Apply now and embark on a career journey toward professional success! **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Clean and organize apartments and common areas, ensuring overall space hygiene according to unit-established standards; * Identify and report room issues so the maintenance team can resolve them; * Prepare and organize cleaning carts with necessary items to optimize the cleaning process; * Provide courteous and efficient service to members, resolving simple requests and referring more complex matters to the appropriate team; * Collaborate with other housekeeping team members and other unit departments to ensure a positive member experience; * Follow unit safety and cleaning policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed elementary education; * Experience in room arrangement and general cleaning; agility and organizational skills; * Ability to safely handle cleaning products and equipment; * Ability to follow cleaning instructions and schedules. **Additional Information:** * **Compensation:** R$2.143 * **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 4:20 PM, rotating 6x1 schedule; * **Meal Allowance:** R$ 550.00 monthly via Caju card; * **Transportation Allowance:** As established by law; * **Life Insurance:** Provided by Porto Seguro insurance company; * **Dental Plan:** After probation period, Uniodonto dental plan with no co-payment. Coverage extends to dependents; * **Conexa Saúde:** One free telemedicine consultation per month through Conexa Saúde’s emergency service; * **Psychology Viva:** One free remote psychology consultation per month via Psychology Viva; * **DayOff:** Birthday DayOff (day off), usable within 30 (thirty) business days from the birthday date. * **Courtesy Stay:** Two complimentary overnight stays for two people at our units, valid during low season and usable within 12 months from the company anniversary date; * **Accommodation:** Employees may stay at our units enjoying the same benefits as members; * **Membership:** Special rates for employees becoming members.
