Learn more about us at: www.clubecandeias.com/trabalhe\-conosco Apply now and embark on a professional journey toward success! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Clean and organize apartments and common areas, ensuring overall space hygiene according to unit-established standards; * Identify and report room issues so the maintenance team can resolve them; * Prepare and organize cleaning carts with necessary items to optimize the cleaning process; * Provide courteous and efficient service to members, resolving simple requests and forwarding more complex issues to the appropriate team; * Collaborate with other housekeeping team members and other departments within the unit to ensure a positive member experience; * Follow unit safety and cleaning policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education; * Experience in room arrangement and general cleaning; agility and organizational skills; * Ability to safely handle cleaning products and equipment; * Capacity to follow cleaning instructions and schedules. **Additional Information** * **Remuneration:** R$2\.143 * **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 4:20 PM, rotating shift (6 days on / 1 day off); * **Meal Allowance:** R$550.00 monthly via Caju card; * **Transportation Benefit:** As established by law; * **Life Insurance:** Provided by Porto Seguro Insurance; * **Health Plan:** Health plan available after probation period; * **Dental Plan:** Dental plan \- Uniodonto, with no co-payment, available after probation period. Coverage extends to dependents; * **Conexa Saúde:** One free telemedicine consultation per month via Conexa Saúde’s emergency service; * **Psicologia Viva:** One free remote psychology consultation per month via Psicologia Viva; * **DayOff:** Birthday DayOff (paid day off), usable within 30 (thirty) business days following the birthday date; * **Courtesy Stay:** Two complimentary overnight stays for two people at our units, valid during low season and usable within 12 months from the company anniversary date; * **Accommodation:** Employees may stay at our units enjoying the same benefits as members; * **Membership Title:** Special membership rates for employees.
