With a personalized approach, it strives to connect talents with the right opportunities in the job market. **Responsibilities:** Provide customer service, assisting customers in selecting books, gifts, and cultural products. Recommend titles based on customer interests (literary genres, authors, new releases, and best\-sellers). Organize and restock books and merchandise, maintaining a clean, attractive, and well-signposted store. Monitor editorial releases, promotions, and seasonal campaigns. Support the setup of window displays and thematic exhibitions (commemorative dates, literary events, etc.). Contribute to achieving store sales targets and performance indicators. Provide post\-sale support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Position located in Criciúma / SC. Previous experience as Sales Consultant, Sales Attendant, Retail Salesperson, or Sales Representative may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. High school diploma required.
