Inside Sales Representative opportunity at Instituto Mix. We are recruiting sales representatives with an ambitious profile. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for contacting prospective students who have already expressed interest in enrolling in one of our courses. This outreach will be conducted via phone calls, WhatsApp, or social media. Your role will be to transform lives through professional qualification. Prior experience in proactive customer prospecting is a plus. Attitude in overcoming objections and closing deals will be essential. Rest assured, you will receive all the training and support you need. Additionally, you must be sociable, communicative, dynamic, and possess positive energy and vibrancy to connect effectively with prospective students and team members. Instituto Mix is recognized as the largest provider of professional training courses in the country. With over 600 units and 200 courses available, we operate across an area covering more than 3,900 municipalities. Compensation and Benefits: Fixed salary + commission + awards + bonus + transportation allowance + meal allowance. Fixed salary registered on employment record: BRL 1,800 (increases to BRL 2,000 in the 3rd month). Initial compensation: BRL 2,500 to BRL 4,600 (fixed + variable). Commission starts from the first sale. Awards and bonuses. Formal employment contract (CLT). Working hours: 10:00–19:00 or 11:00–20:00.
