Activities to be performed: \- Map, document, and update institutional processes; \- Support the identification of bottlenecks, rework, and improvement opportunities across departmental processes; \- Develop and update manuals, policies, and procedures; \- Contribute to the implementation of process improvements and automations, in collaboration with involved departments; \- Perform other duties inherent to the position or as directed by the immediate supervisor, provided the candidate is qualified and such duties align with their knowledge and experience.
