Adjusted to **Weight Training and Group Classes Internship** at the **Criciúma unit** **Position: Physical Education Internship (Weight Training and Group Classes) – A Fitness 24h | Criciúma** A Fitness 24h Network is seeking Physical Education students to serve as interns in the areas of weight training and group classes at its Criciúma unit. **Responsibilities** * Assist in guiding students in the weight training room; * Support exercise prescription and monitoring under supervision; * Support in conducting group classes; * Organize equipment and prepare training environments; * Monitor student progress and encourage safe practice; * Support events, internal initiatives, and unit operational routines. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Physical Education; * Active intern registration with the Regional Council of Physical Education (CREF) or eligibility to obtain one; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Proactivity and willingness to learn through hands-on experience; * Interest in developing expertise in training and performance. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior interest or experience in group classes; * Experience in a weight training room. **Benefits** * Internship stipend aligned with market standards; * Free access to A Fitness 24h gyms; * Birthday day off; * One session with a psychologist (psychoeducation); * Discounts with gym partner businesses; * Transportation allowance.
