We are looking for a Chess Instructor who enjoys teaching, stimulating logical reasoning, and developing cognitive and socioemotional skills through the game. Your mission here: Promote students’ logical reasoning, concentration, discipline, and strategic thinking through chess instruction. Main Responsibilities: Plan and conduct theoretical and practical chess activities; Teach chess rules, strategies, and fundamentals in a pedagogical and inclusive manner; Stimulate skills such as focus, patience, decision-making, and problem-solving; Organize internal tournaments and playful chess-related activities; Monitor students’ progress, encouraging sportsmanship and respect; Collaborate with the pedagogical team and participate in institutional activities when necessary. What We Seek: Knowledge of chess rules and strategies; Experience in teaching or group facilitation (preferred); Affinity with children and adolescents; Pedagogical skills, organization, and strong communication ability; Ethical and collaborative attitude. Advantages: Participation in tournaments or certifications in the field; Experience in educational or sociocultural projects; Interest in using chess as a tool for holistic development.
