Involvement in the design and implementation of social projects * ### **Job Description** We are looking for a Social Worker to join our team and work on initiatives focused on promoting rights and supporting individuals in situations of social vulnerability. Main Responsibilities: Conduct individual and/or family interviews; Prepare reports for rights councils, socioeconomic analysis and opinions, and technical records; Accompany users and develop intervention plans; Coordinate with the socio-assistance network and other public policies; Participate in the design and implementation of social projects. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Social Work; Active registration with the Regional Council of Social Work (CRESS); Knowledge of public policies, especially in the field of social assistance; Familiarity with the Unified Social Assistance System (SUAS); Knowledge of and experience working with Rights Councils and/or Public Policy Councils; Knowledge of the National Typology of Socio-Assistance Services; familiarity with report writing and case follow-up is a plus.
