Join Betha and transform public management in our country. **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Optimize the software factory team’s installed capacity by organizing task and resource distribution to ensure fulfillment of project and corrective maintenance demands; * Meet defined SLOs based on established timelines and quality standards, with continuous monitoring of corrections and legal requirements to ensure technical and regulatory compliance of products; * Monitor progress of projects and corrective maintenance activities through constant risk assessment and progress indicators to guarantee delivery aligned with planned objectives; * Analyze and present team performance indicators by identifying root causes of deviations, with the aim of proposing corrective actions and achieving established goals; * Select, train, and develop teams based on regular feedback, planned succession, and cultural alignment—focused on maintaining a high-performance team; * Report to the executive board through presentations of results and progress of projects under your coordination, to maintain strategic alignment and ensure decision-making support; * Define product development strategy based on user needs and market demands, aiming to guide the creation of relevant and competitive solutions; * Plan team activities by analyzing competition and market positioning, with the goal of ensuring product differentiation and competitive advantage; * Prioritize and centralize demands related to tender analysis, technical demonstrations, content development, and flexible artifacts—based on strategic planning—to ensure agility and organization in workflow; * Evaluate the market and available technologies against the company’s strategic goals and customer needs, aiming to propose improvements aligned with industry trends; * Define, together with the configuration management area, product releases based on backlog and technical criteria—to organize delivery of new features and fixes; * Establish deliveries jointly with management, based on backlog prioritization, to ensure execution of the product roadmap; * Ensure creation and updating of documents such as release notes and patch notes based on implemented changes—to guarantee clear communication with users; * Lead continuous improvement initiatives for artifacts and documentation based on current legislation—to ensure legal compliance of products; * Monitor legal changes with federal, state, and municipal regulatory bodies through periodic reviews—to proactively update products; * Validate product usage in production environments by analyzing performance and functional adherence—with the goal of ensuring they meet real user needs; * Ensure content and artifacts remain updated according to product evolutions through cross-team integration—to maintain consistency and accuracy of deliverables; * Study and implement delivery acceleration methods by analyzing processes and tools—to optimize time-to-delivery of artifacts and features; * Design, monitor, and manage projects related to artifacts and extensions based on defined scopes—to ensure timely delivery and expected quality; * Propose improvements to content development tools, tender analysis tools, and artifact tools based on continuous evaluation—to promote operational efficiency; * Support product teams in building a help center based on technical and usage knowledge—to provide effective user support; * Ensure technical demonstrations and proofs of concept for products based on team availability—to support the commercial area; * Support customer training sessions and technical visits based on team expertise—to ensure correct product application in the customer’s environment; * Establish alignment routines among development, product, and business teams—by conducting periodic meetings and sharing goals—to ensure integration, transparency, and organizational results focus; * Manage operational and strategic risks of projects under your responsibility through early mapping of potential impacts and development of mitigation plans—to ensure continuity and efficiency of deliverables;
