Job Summary: The professional will develop and review QMS procedures, monitor quality indicators, conduct internal audits, investigate nonconformities, and support certifications such as ISO 9001 and INMETRO. Involvement in testing and trials, and production monitoring. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Develops and reviews QMS procedures, work instructions, and records. Monitors and analyzes quality indicators, proposing improvements. Conducts internal audits, prepares audit reports, and follows up on action plans. Investigates nonconformities, proposing and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Provides basic training on QMS and quality tools. Maintains certifications such as ISO 9001\. Monitors product manufacturing stages on production lines to identify defects. Verifies product functionality and operational properties through testing and trials. Prepares detailed reports, charts, and maps specifying defects and pass/rejection percentages. Controls and documents procedures. Supports customer audits and the quality policy. Prepares specific documentation for INMETRO and other notifications. Monitors certifications, documentation, and customer approvals. **Desired Qualifications:** -------------------------- In-depth knowledge of QMS. Documentation development and revision. Conducting internal audits. Knowledge of production processes (plastics). Testing and trials. Familiarity with certifications (INMETRO, etc.).
