Learn more about Espaço Smart on our website: www.espacosmart.com.br All our opportunities are also open to professionals with disabilities. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES** * Commercial Management: Monitor and guide sales negotiations, Promote sales initiatives to drive business growth; Monitor delinquency reports and support negotiations with customers; * Process Management: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly laid out, Coordinate with suppliers on technical product training; Ensure standardized customer service. * Sales Team Management: Support HR in selecting new employees, Train new employees; Develop the team and monitor performance; * Customer Management: Generate new business opportunities, Increase loyalty among existing customers and reactivate inactive customers; develop and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring a consistently positive experience. * Inventory Management: Monitor logistics processes and inventory results, Ensure inventory accuracy, Manage the Logistics department budget to ensure effective resource allocation.
