Providing positive experiences to visitors **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Rotating shift from Wednesday to Sunday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM\. **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code As a Park Monitor, you will be responsible for ensuring visitor safety and well-being, providing a pleasant and safe experience for all. Your daily responsibilities will include: * Greeting and guiding visitors, providing information about park attractions and available activities. * Monitoring park areas to ensure visitors comply with established rules and regulations. * Administering first aid and assistance during emergencies, contacting emergency services when necessary. * Conducting regular inspections of park facilities and equipment, reporting any issues or maintenance needs. * Assisting in organizing and executing special events and activities, ensuring they occur safely and efficiently. * Interacting with visitors in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and resolving any issues that may arise. * Collaborating with the park team to maintain a clean and safe environment, participating in cleaning and organizational tasks as needed. * Attending periodic trainings and meetings to stay updated on safety procedures and best practices.
