Technical support and guidance to clients **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday. **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Work in the tax department of an accounting office, responsible for tax calculation, preparation and submission of ancillary obligations, and advisory support to clients, ensuring compliance with current tax legislation, especially for companies opting for Simples Nacional and Lucro Presumido. Main Responsibilities: * Calculation of federal, state, and municipal taxes, with focus on: Simples Nacional (PGDAS\-D), ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL; * Verification and recording of fiscal invoices (NF\-e, NFS\-e, CT\-e). * Tax parameterization in the Domínio system. * Tax classification (CFOP, CST, CSOSN, NCM). Preparation and submission of ancillary obligations, such as:* SPED Fiscal (EFD\-ICMS/IPI) * EFD\-Contribuições * DCTF * DEFIS * GIA * DeSTDA * Client technical support and assistance. * Analysis of tax classification and guidance on best tax practices. * Monitoring of tax legislation and updating internal procedures. * Handling tax audits and regularization of outstanding tax issues. **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences. * Minimum 2 years of experience in the tax area within an accounting office. * Experience working with companies under Simples Nacional and Lucro Presumido. * Practical knowledge of the Domínio system. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Analytical profile * Strong communication skills with clients **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Performance bonus, Profit sharing
